Curiosity

Curiosity is crucial if you want to make progress. You and your colleagues are constantly learning, not just by working together on projects, but also by contributing proactively to technological development. Our CTO office, led by Serge our CTO, coordinates this, but ultimately this is done by all of us together.

We combine everyone’s boundless technical interest with taking a hard look at the latest technology, and this means we’re able to tell hypes from trends and always have a future-proof answer to any of our clients’ questions. We invest heavily in this, and as a result, Technolution has been among the 30 top R&D companies in the Netherlands for years.

Working together with partners

We work together with partners to exchange knowledge and stimulate innovation, first of all with our clients, but also with innovation partners such as TNO, universities in Delft, Eindhoven, and Leiden, knowledge networks such as Holland High Tech and The Hague Security Delta, and technology communities such as RUST and INCOSE.

These networks ensure valuable knowledge exchange, strengthen our position as a technology partner, and facilitate progress in our projects.

Guilds for internal knowledge development

Within Technolution, colleagues who have the same expertise meet each other regularly in so-called guilds to share and develop knowledge, best practices, and challenges in specific domains. Our guilds help you to work on your skills and contribute to our technological growth.

We have technical guilds for: the cloud, electronics, embedded systems, quality validation, programmable logic, Java, Rust, and Web.

Technolution’s innovation strategy focuses on technological competencies to distinguish ourselves with on quality and knowledge, such as high-grade data transport, control systems, data analytics, and safety and security.

Technolution uses this broad technological knowledge in multiple disciplines: software, programmable logic, and electronics, but also consultancy, project management, management and maintenance, and assemblage. Your expertise, together with that of your colleagues, helps us find smart solutions for challenging issues each day.
