At Technolution, you’ll be working on technological progress together with your colleagues – for our clients and for society. You’ll be tackling challenging projects in teams of 2 to 15 colleagues. In the office, in team rooms where ideas are born and solutions are developed. Or while you work from home. Work together in the office

We like to work together in the office, to sound out new ideas and brainstorm with your team. This builds our team spirit and gives better results. Join your colleagues for lunch in our restaurant, or enjoy our roof-top terrace when the sun is out. But of course, you can also work from home whenever you need some focus or to preserve your work-life balance.

Learn and inspire

At Technolution, you will have space to develop yourself. Colleagues share their knowledge during lunch talks and knowledge sessions. These lunch talks are open to all and are often given by our researchers. Prefer something more interactive? Then you might like the small-scale knowledge sessions run by our guilds. At these sessions, you take a deep dive together with colleagues into a specific technology, sharing your knowledge, so that you learn from and with each other. It’s a way of keeping up to speed with the latest technologies and contribute to progress within our projects.

Unwinding is part of the job

At Technolution, we take time to unwind. Every month, our social committee organizes a cool activity like a city tour, a karting or bowling session, or a beer tasting event. Colleagues also organize game evenings at the office and we have weekly Thursday afternoon drinks. In addition, we celebrate Technolution’s anniversary, we have an annual summer barbecue, and we end the year with our traditional Christmas dinner!
