Learning in practice

At Technolution, you learn mainly by doing. You’ll be working on challenging projects that will have an impact on society, such as smart mobility solutions and securing critical infrastructure. You’ll develop your skills and acquire new knowledge on these projects. You’ll learn from colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and with a variety of expertise in our multidisciplinary teams.

Your own path

There is no standard growth path that you have to follow. You have the freedom to shape your career as you wish, by specializing in a particular domain or choosing a broader role, for example as project manager, business consultant, or business developer. The choice is yours! We’re here to help you with coaching and mentoring so that you can realize your goals.

Programs and coaching

You won’t just learn in practice. We have a range of learning programs to offer that can help you make progress, such as internal training courses, Technopedia, and technical guilds; our knowledge groups on Java, the cloud, electronics, embedded software, quality validation, programmable logic, business development, project management, project leadership, Web and Rust.

In addition, you’ll have unlimited access to OpenUP – an external platform that prioritizes your personal and mental vitality.

Onboarding coach

You’ll start your first year at Technolution with an extensive onboarding program under the direction of a personal coach – your onboarding coach. This will help you get to know the organization and ensure you feel at home in your new role quickly.
